About

Welcome to my quirky universe, where unicorns and teletubbies run free. I adore fancy cardigans, whisky on the rocks, plays, Madonna, show tunes, the raspy sound of turntables, coffee shops, old bookstores and most of all, traveling.

Growing up in landlocked Riverside, CA, I developed a severe case of wanderlust. I daydreamed of far off places and an existence enriched with stimulation. My feet have touched the following places, England, France, Spain, Italy, Japan, Argentina & Australia (just to name a few).

I call New York City, home. From Harlem to the East Village, I wander the pavement with a journal full of stories and dreams. Coffee & Cardigans is a valentine to the places I’ve traveled to and called, home. It’s also for those, who made my memorable adventures sweeter than a macaroon.

  1. Thanks for stopping by and following my page! I love going to New York. Having never lived there, the appeal has never faded. But I’m glad that you enjoy it so much. I go there a couple times a month, living in DC it’s not too far. The post you wrote about the New Museum has got me planning my next trip. I’d love to get some more city-scape pictures of the city. Good luck in all you do and I hope you get a chance to check out my future work.

  4. Thanks for following my blog Darionotabiji. It seems we have a lot in common. A good coffee and a good portion of brain food makes a good day for me. In Tokyo i had my coffee “hotto!” So now it’s time to explore the coffee culture of New York.

  6. Thanks for the follow- I felt a slight twang of longing when I read ‘Naked in the Subway’. Don’t get me wrong, I love the tube, but ‘mind the gap’ can get tedious. Would love to visit New York. I can only imagine the fashion inspiration. Great work, keep it up x
